Lightweight
The body is made of high-grade ductile iron, reducing weight by approximately 20%–30% compared to traditional gate valves, which facilitates easier installation and maintenance.

Flat-Bottom Valve Seat
Traditional gate valves often suffer from debris accumulation (such as stones, wood chips, cement, iron filings, or other foreign objects) in the bottom groove after flushing, which can prevent tight closure and lead to leakage. In contrast, this resilient-seated gate valve features a flat-bottom design-matching that of the pipeline-which prevents debris buildup and ensures unobstructed fluid flow.

Fully Encapsulated Wedge
The wedge is fully encapsulated (both internally and externally) with high-quality rubber. Advanced European vulcanization technology ensures precise geometric dimensions, a secure bond between the rubber and the ductile iron core, excellent durability against detachment, and superior elastic memory.

Precision-Cast Valve Body
The valve body is manufactured using precision casting; the resulting geometric accuracy ensures a tight seal without the need for internal machining.
