CI Globe Valve

This marine-specific cast iron globe valve is engineered fully to Japanese shipbuilding industry specifications, with three pressure tiers: 5K, 10K and 16K. Both valve body and bonnet use ASTM A126 Class B cast iron as standard material. To stand up to constant vibration onboard vessels, we fit internal moving parts with corrosion resistant cast bronze for discs and seat rings, paired with solid brass stems. It works reliably for shipboard water, fuel oil and gas piping, and we supply complete sizing from DN50 up to DN400 for different vessel pipeline layouts.

UK & EU mainstream BS cast iron globe valve, PN16 working pressure. Body material BS1452 Cr.180 grey cast iron. Bronze trim parts paired with graphite non-asbestos packing. Flange drilling matches BS4504, EN1092-2. Face-to-face size complies with EN558.1 Series 10, widely used in building HVAC, municipal water supply and general industrial pipelines.

European market classic DIN cast iron globe valve, dual pressure grades PN10 / PN16. GG25 cast iron body, AISI304 stainless steel seat ring and disc seat for improved anti-rust performance. Flange dimensions follow EN1092-2, face-to-face DIN3202 F1. Optimized for clean water circulation, heating and light industrial fluid delivery.

North America market ANSI cast iron globe valve, Class125S/150S (200WOG) pressure class. ASTM A126 Class B cast iron body & bonnet, cast bronze internal trim, ductile iron gland follower. Flange drilled to ANSI B16.1 125LB/150LB standard, face-to-face per ANSI B16.10. Ideal for underground pipeline system, oil and gas branch line shut-off and regulation.
