DIN Lift Check Valve

Fully engineered to EN12334 valve design rules, EN1092-2 flange drill patterns and EN558-1 Series 1 installation lengths. Engineers across Germany, France, Netherlands and other EU countries can drop this DIN lift check valve straight into pre-designed pipeline layouts without dimension adjustments.

It holds a PN16 (1.6MPa) nominal working pressure rating. Every unit passes mandatory hydrostatic shell testing at 2.4MPa and seat tightness testing at 1.76MPa, stable for medium-pressure heating loops, municipal water supply and low-pressure steam process pipelines.

Rated for operating temperatures up to 200°C, compatible with clean water, mineral oil and saturated steam – three of the most common fluids in European factory and municipal infrastructure.

No manual operation required. Forward fluid pressure lifts the internal disc to open flow path instantly; any reverse pressure pushes the disc firmly against the seat to block backflow within milliseconds, protecting expensive upstream equipment like centrifugal pumps.

Bolted bonnet structure lets maintenance crews disassemble, inspect or replace internal spring, disc and seat parts on-site without cutting or removing full pipeline sections. Flanged bolt connections hold steady under thermal expansion and minor pipeline vibration.

Complete DN15 up to DN300 sizing covers small auxiliary process lines all the way to large main circulation pipelines for heating plants and water treatment facilities.
