DIN 3352 Gate Valve

Our DIN 3352 Gate Valve is manufactured strictly per DIN3352 & EN1171 industrial standards, split into two core construction types: Solid Wedge Metal Seated Gate Valve (D02-F4) and Resilient Soft Seated Gate Valve (D12-F4/F5) with Non-Rising Stem (NRS) design and full flanged end connections complying with DIN2532/EN1092-2 PN10/PN16 flange specifications.
Rated for PN10 & PN16 nominal pressure (1.0MPa/1.6MPa working pressure), these cast iron gate valves are widely used for water, light oil pipeline cut-off service in municipal water supply, wastewater treatment and general industrial piping systems, with robust pressure test certification: shell test at 1.5MPa/2.4MPa, seat test at 1.1MPa/1.76MPa.

  • Design per DIN 3352, EN 1171 European gate valve standards.
  • Face-to-face size: DIN 3202 F4, EN 558.1 F14 short pattern.
  • Flange drilling complies with DIN 2532 & EN 1092-2 for PN10 / PN16.
  • Nominal Pressure: PN10 (1.0 MPa), PN16 (1.6 MPa).
  • Factory hydrostatic test: Shell 1.5 MPa / 2.4 MPa; Seat 1.1 MPa / 1.76 MPa.
  • Suitable Media: Clean water, tap water, circulating water (0℃~80℃).

  • Designed and produced in accordance with DIN 3352 & EN 1171.

  • Flange dimension follows DIN2532/DIN2533, EN1092-2 for PN10 & PN16.
  • Nominal Pressure: PN10(1.0MPa), PN16(1.6MPa).
  • Shell test pressure: 1.5MPa (PN10), 2.4MPa (PN16).
  • Seat test pressure: 1.1MPa (PN10), 1.76MPa (PN16).
  • Max working temperature: ≤100°C.
